Refund policy

All returns will be handled as an in store credit or exchange ONLY within 14 days of purchase. In order for exchange or store credit to be accepted, merchandise must have the tags attached and be in original condition and packaging.

Sales are final for the following items: Accessories, Dance Bags, Limited Edition Items, Makeup, Pointe Shoes, Sale Items, Specialty Items, Suede Sole Shoes (ballroom shoes and select character shoes), Tights, Trunk Show Items, and Undergarments (nude leotards, bras, thongs).
